Job Description: We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to oversee the gym’s daily operations, ensuring smooth processes, organized routines, team supervision, and service excellence. The professional will be responsible for supervising operations, monitoring service performance and facility/equipment functionality, and contributing to continuous daily improvements within the company. Responsibilities: * Lead and monitor team performance * Organize internal routines, staff scheduling, and operational standards * Monitor services, facilities, and equipment * Ensure service quality and student support * Resolve daily requests autonomously and with effective communication * Facilitate internal communication and maintain a harmonious work environment * Identify opportunities for improvement and propose process adjustments Qualifications: * Experience in operations management or team coordination (preferably in gyms or related fields) * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Organizational ability, leadership, and problem-solving skills * Aptitude for handling practical and administrative routines * Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Business Administration, or related fields is desirable * Familiarity with digital tools for organization, customer service, and operational control Note: The salary range will be disclosed in the next stage, based on final role definition.
