Join us in living the new! **ATTENTION: AXIA Energia does not charge fees for tests, medical exams, or participation in the selection process.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** **Job Mission:** Serve as the technical lead responsible for implementing strategic Electrical Substation projects, ensuring safe, on-schedule, on-budget, and within-scope execution—focused on operational excellence, risk management, regulatory compliance, and business value creation. **Key Responsibilities:** **Technical Implementation Management:** * Coordinate civil works execution, electromechanical installation, and commissioning. * Ensure adherence to detailed engineering designs, technical specifications, and regulatory standards (ANEEL, ONS, ABNT). * Validate engineering solutions jointly with designers and EPC contractors. * Address technical deviations occurring on-site. **Planning and Control:** * Monitor baseline vs. actual schedule performance. * Support acceleration strategies (e.g., crashing, fast-tracking) when required. * Track physical and financial KPIs (CAPEX, physical progress, S-curve). * Participate in forecast consolidation and Capex@Risk assessments. **Safety and Environment:** * Conduct safety walks and Daily Safety Talks (DDS). * Proactively mitigate critical risks. * Interface with environmental constraints and PRAD requirements. **Contract Management:** * Supervise contractor and supplier contracts. * Analyze claims and backcharges. * Support measurement and financial release processes. * Lead technical and contractual performance meetings. **Stakeholder Interface:** * Engage with environmental agencies, land authorities, communities, and municipal governments. * Provide technical interface with ONS and validate models (e.g., ANATEM, where applicable). * Support internal and external audits. **Governance and Executive Reporting:** * Prepare reports for Project Review meetings. * Update the risk register. * Support executive management decision-making. * Serve as the project’s technical reference. **Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * Schedule adherence * CAPEX deviation (%) * Incident rate (TFCA) * Rework index * Contractual performance (SPI / CPI) * Regulatory milestone compliance (TLP ONS, LI, LO) **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering * Active CREA registration **Experience:** Minimum 8–10 years implementing transmission projects (230 kV overhead lines or 138 kV substations) * Proven field construction management experience * Experience working with EPC contractors and large-scale contracts **Technical Knowledge:** * Planning tools (MS Project or Primavera) * Risk management * ANEEL and ONS regulatory frameworks * CAPEX management * Reading and validation of detailed engineering designs **Desirable:** * Postgraduate degree in Project Management * PMP or IPMA certification * Knowledge of Lean Construction / Last Planner **Strategic Differentiator (for Projects such as 500 kV Overhead Lines > 200 km):** * Experience with complex crossings * Management of multiple concurrent contracts * Engagement with traditional communities (quilombola/fachinal) * Implementation in environmentally sensitive areas **Additional Information** **Benefits:** At AXIA Energia, the well-being and quality of life of our people fuel the energy that drives us.
