A company specializing in building infrastructure management and services is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer in Downtown Rio de Janeiro. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate internal teams and partner companies responsible for building maintenance and construction works. Manage HVAC, plumbing, and fire suppression systems to ensure safe and efficient operation. Provide daily technical support to meet operational needs promptly. Integrate processes and personnel to maintain full functionality of the building infrastructure. Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Maintenance Specialist, or Mechanical Project Engineer may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
