Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing and maintaining the inventory of tools and machinery, ensuring their proper operation, and overseeing acquisition and maintenance processes. Key Highlights: 1. Tool and machinery inventory management and maintenance 2. Ensuring equipment operates in good condition 3. Coordinating quotation, procurement, and preventive maintenance * Manage and maintain updated inventory records for all tools and machinery; * Ensure all tools and machinery are in good working condition; * Collaborate with the team to assess required tools and machinery; * Monitor and ensure policies are up-to-date and properly implemented; * Conduct quotations and procure tools to meet requirements; * Track periodic inspections and preventive maintenance of machinery; * Negotiate and schedule technician services for machinery and tool repairs; * Supervise tire technicians during removal of scrap tires; * Count half-life tires and manage MMPL (Store Tire Movement Monitoring); * Control and record motorcycle courier requests and assignments; * Keep all tool and machinery registration records updated in the system; * Periodically update tool lists for installers and mechanics; * Maintain and control records of performed maintenance and repairs; * Conduct monthly store visits to verify toolboxes; * Count, sort, and reconcile tires in Escobar Pneus’ warehouse inventory. * Assess the need for replenishment of support materials Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Desired Qualification: * Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering, Bachelor's Degree
