Job Summary: Engineering Manager responsible for managing hotel facility maintenance and repair, ensuring efficient operation of equipment systems and departmental organization. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for supplier negotiations and service contracts Hiring for a Hotel Chain **Responsibilities:** Manage hotel facility maintenance and repair, including floors and adjacent areas, with effective cost control, Ensuring efficient operation of all equipment systems. Organize and administer the Engineering Department, ensuring effective work control and sustained productivity, utilizing all available means to enhance productivity and minimize costs. Periodically assist operational staff, maintaining balance between senior and junior personnel levels so that all employees have fully occupied working hours, while balancing overtime requirements and the use of third-party contractors as needed. Be responsible for negotiation terms and conditions with all suppliers/agents and service contracts. **Requirements:** EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical. Computer literacy (basic Windows programs) Technical specialization course in the field Intermediate English Experience as an Engineering Manager Solid knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical maintenance; refrigeration and air conditioning; fire alarm and suppression systems; civil construction; and building automation Knowledge of closed-circuit TV systems; audio and video signal distribution Knowledge of drywall, masonry, painting, plastering, and finishing Solid knowledge of hot and chilled water systems for air conditioning, sprinklers, and hydrants Knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration Computer literacy Technical proficiency and ease in material specification Ability to interpret technical drawings Team leadership experience Shift: To be determined Employment type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$16\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance Selection question(s): * Do you have prior experience in the role of Engineering Manager?
