* **Institutional Description** Ecotimber Kids is expanding and seeking an organized, detail-oriented person who is comfortable working with digital systems. This position is for the administrative department, focusing on supporting the management of internal systems (ERP and CRM), organizing documents, and reviewing institutional materials and commercial proposals directed at municipal governments. * **Main Responsibilities** Assist in organizing and updating information in the ODOO system. Provide support in using and updating the CRM. Review and format commercial proposals and documents related to non-bidding procurement (inexigibilidade). Support the executive team with daily administrative tasks. Generate reports, organize files, and maintain updated records. Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments to ensure process efficiency. * **Desired Qualifications** Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel. Strong writing skills and attention to detail for reviewing official documents. Proficiency with digital tools (management systems, spreadsheets, online platforms). Organized, proactive profile with a strong sense of responsibility. Basic knowledge or willingness to learn about administrative processes related to public agencies (e.g., non-bidding procurement and public tenders).
