Key Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and interpret project-related data to generate insights supporting decision-making and process control; Develop, maintain, and automate project, budget, and squad management tools using Power Apps, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, APIs, and Power Automate; Maintain existing solutions by implementing fixes, adjustments, and updates to internal systems and forms; Create and update dashboards and KPIs to monitor agile progress, deliveries, budget, and performance indicators; Integrate internal systems via APIs and implement automations to optimize productivity and efficiency; Provide technical support to users and leaders, addressing questions, bugs, and minor improvement requests from squads; Participate in alignment meetings with stakeholders to understand requirements, present automation solutions, and ensure adherence to strategic objectives; Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in Service Creation and project management processes, promoting evolution of internal processes and tools; Ensure monitoring and tracking of project KPIs, budget, team capacity, and portfolio. 2512010202191839652
