**Responsibilities and duties**
* Establish technical parameters for creating Technical and Operational Inspection Routes based on condition/measurement of strategic points for preventive asset management.
* Responsible for executing electromechanical inspection routes, as well as providing technical details of activities to be scheduled by the Maintenance Planning and Control department.
* Perform mechanical and electrical repair tasks to eliminate non-conformities identified during inspections of equipment, electrical panels, and substations;
* Carry out and monitor predictive activities on equipment to schedule interventions based on specific measurement points.
* Conduct reliability analysis based on failure patterns identified in equipment to define ideal maintenance approaches.
* Responsibilities include supporting equipment on automated logistics process lines, troubleshooting, installation and configuration of electrical/electronic components, ensuring operational efficiency and continuity;
* Ensure 5S standards in work areas;
* Prepare daily reports on downtime and shift handovers, as well as create and monitor action plans.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Desired experience in electromechanical maintenance of industrial/logistics equipment;
* Completed technical degree in electromechanics, mechatronics, or automation; knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics, and welding/cutting;
* Ability to interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and use metrology instruments (caliper and micrometer); knowledge in part fitting, belt alignment, couplings and mechanical structures, disassembly and assembly of mechanical equipment;
* Knowledge in electrical control and power systems, as well as using instruments such as: multimeter, clamp meter, and megohmmeter.
* Knowledge in automation systems including inverters, PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and supervisory systems;
* Basic to intermediate computer skills in Office suite and Google tools; knowledge in maintenance management systems such as SAP, maintenance indicators MTBF, MTTR, availability, and failure analysis tools (EWO) will be considered a plus;
* Professional with an analytical mindset for problem-solving, who seeks continuous learning and constantly challenges themselves.
* Availability to work across shifts and on a 6x2 schedule.
