Imagine\-yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects and being **responsible for:** * Leading high-complexity technical projects, with a focus on scalable and sustainable computing architectures. * Defining and executing rollout strategies and plans for new features and platform enhancements. * Organizing and prioritizing the team backlog, tracking initiatives, dependencies, and the roadmap. * Coordinating the implementation of high-performance technical solutions while ensuring quality in every delivery. * Monitoring and enhancing the professional development of the team, raising both technical and execution standards. * Collaborating closely with Cloud \& Platform and Product teams within the Fury ecosystem. * Tracking project KPIs and impacts. **What we’re looking for:** * Experience managing high-complexity technical projects in platform or infrastructure environments. * Demonstrated communication skills to coordinate, collaborate with, and lead technical teams. * Solid knowledge of microservices architectures and their scalability. * Experience working with AWS and/or GCP cloud services. * Knowledge of Go is desirable. * Experience working with Kubernetes. **Are you excited to leave your mark on Latin America’s technology landscape?** Apply now and join our purpose!
