Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects and **being responsible for:** * Conducting exploratory data analyses and generating actionable insights to support decision-making. * Developing, validating, and deploying statistical and machine learning models. * Preparing and structuring data, performing data cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering. * Defining, monitoring, and analyzing performance metrics and KPIs. * Supporting experiment design and analysis, including A/B testing. * Documenting processes, ensuring version control and monitoring best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Data, Engineering, Product, and Business). **What we’re looking for in you:** * Proficiency in Python and strong SQL knowledge. * Experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit\-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow or similar) and application of statistics and predictive modeling. * Familiarity with Git and cloud-based environments; knowledge of MLOps and model deployment is a plus. * Demonstrated experience with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering techniques, generative AI APIs, and understanding of agentic AI concepts—including agent orchestration and LLM-based automation. **Are you excited to leave your mark on Latin America’s technology landscape?** Apply now and join our mission!
