Your journey can begin now. **Responsibilities and duties** * Create purchase orders and monitor them with approved suppliers; * Monitor purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery; * Provide internal customer support by supplying information on purchases made, goods tracking, and delivery lead times; * Request and monitor air and road transportation; * Prospect and develop new suppliers; * Collaborate closely with the warehouse team to ensure proper receipt of goods and integrity of merchandise. **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields; * Experience in administrative routines focused on procurement or supply chain; * Practical experience monitoring purchase orders, liaising with suppliers, and managing fiscal invoices; * Intermediate-level proficiency in Word and Excel. **Additional information** **Working hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. **Benefits:** * Amarelo – Psychological support; * Pharmacy allowance; * Basic food basket; * Hapvida Health Plan (voluntary enrollment; 50% covered by the company); * SulAmérica Dental Plan (voluntary enrollment); * On-site cafeteria; * Life insurance; * Total Pass; * Transportation voucher.
