If you identify with who we are ***\#VemSerSolar \#PaixãoQueTransforma \#SedeQueImpulsiona*** **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Your Day\-to\-Day Will Include:** * Develop, implement, and maintain the Ergonomic Management Program (EMP), ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements; * Conduct ergonomic analyses of workstations and processes (EATs/EAPs) and propose continuous improvements; * Identify and mitigate ergonomic and psychosocial risks in accordance with NR\-01 guidelines; * Coordinate the establishment and operation of the Ergonomics Committee (COERGO), including training sessions and workshops; * Monitor KPIs, audits, inspections, and responses to technical reports; * Collaborate with HR, Legal, Occupational Medicine, Engineering, and Projects teams to ensure integrated solutions; * Contribute to legal, regulatory, and system requirements (ISO 45001, e\-Social, Coca\-Cola requirements, MTBE, among others); * Monitor the effectiveness of ergonomic interventions and propose adjustments whenever necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **What You Need to Have:** * Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, with postgraduate specialization in occupational safety engineering and ergonomics; * Technical knowledge of various ergonomic analysis methods; occupational safety engineering and ergonomics; updated NR – Regulatory Standards; * Practical experience in ergonomic analysis and implementation of ergonomic solutions; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Experience with ergonomic analysis software; * Active CREA registration; Intermediate English and/or Spanish. * #### **It\'s a Plus If You:** * Have knowledge of psychosocial risk management; * Hold integrated ISO certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 45003\); * Possess advanced Microsoft Office skills and SAP system experience; * Have intermediate English and/or Spanish proficiency. **Working Hours:** 08:30 \- 12:00 \- 13:00 \- 18:18, Monday to Friday **Additional Information** #### **See Some Other Benefits of Being Solar:** To support your health and safety: * Health insurance plan with special conditions for you and your dependents; * Telemedicine services covering multiple specialties, including telepsychology; * Dental insurance plan; * Emotional Well\-being Program; * Wellhub (fitness center network); * Life insurance.
