**Position for Occupational Safety Technician.** We are looking for a professional to join our EHS team in the role of Occupational Safety Technician, focusing on construction site operations and regulatory standards. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct safety inspections at construction sites and high-risk areas, identifying and correcting unsafe conditions; * Monitor and ensure proper distribution and use of PPE; * Implement and follow up on compliance with PGR, PCMSO, and other mandatory programs; * Develop, review, and monitor safety operating procedures for activities carried out on construction sites; * Investigate and analyze accidents/incidents, preparing reports and action plans; * Conduct training sessions, DDSs, and awareness campaigns; * Monitor periodic medical exams and required documentation; * Maintain updated records and legal documents; * Support internal and external audits and inspections; * Contribute to risk management, ergonomics, and continuous process improvement; * Collaborate with maintenance, production, and third-party teams to ensure legal compliance. **Requirements:** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety, registered with MTE; * Practical knowledge of NRs; * Experience in construction/renovation projects; * Availability for travel; * Experience with power substations or transmission lines will be an advantage. **Salary:** BRL 4,200 + 30% hazard pay (negotiable). **Benefits:** Meal allowance, meals on-site (breakfast and lunch), transportation assistance, accommodation (if necessary), life insurance, and career development plan. **Location:** Construction site in Governador Valadares - Minas Gerais.
