Here, you won’t just coordinate processes: you’ll be the main driver behind building a robust data platform, evolving Artificial Intelligence solutions, and developing people who will become market references. **On a day-to-day basis, you will:** * **Lead and develop** a team of data engineers and AI specialists; * **Coordinate the delivery** of data and AI projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with business priorities; * **Ensure data quality and consistency** for business units; * **Support production deployment** of Machine Learning models and Artificial Intelligence solutions; * **Establish engineering best practices**, such as documentation, versioning, and pipeline monitoring; * **Collaborate with stakeholders** across departments, translating business needs into efficient technical solutions; * **Actively participate** in recruitment and selection processes to scale the team; * **Report results, risks, and opportunities** to management, contributing to the area’s strategic vision. **What We’re Looking For** **Required:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, or related fields * Solid knowledge of data architecture (Data Lakehouse, Data Mesh, Data Warehouse) * Experience with data pipelines (ETL/ELT) and tools such as Apache Spark, Airflow, dbt, or similar * Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL * Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their data services * Familiarity with MLOps practices and deploying Machine Learning models into production * Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data cataloging * Minimum of **3 years of experience leading technical teams**, including direct people management * Experience facilitating agile rituals (Scrum/Kanban ceremonies) and managing technical backlogs * Ability to deliver structured feedback, performance development plans (PDIs), and performance evaluations * Skill in talent development and building high-performance teams * Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with strategic prioritization **Preferred:** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in data, technology, or management * Experience at technology companies or organizations with an established data-driven culture **Benefits** * Meal allowance and food voucher * Health and dental insurance * Life insurance * Birthday Day Off * Baby On Board and Nursing Room * Extended parental leave * Childcare/babysitting allowance and/or allowance for children with disabilities * Wellhub and Inter Running Group * CARE4U Space (Belo Horizonte): self-care services at exclusive rates, decompression area, games, and mini-golf course * Benefits within our SuperApp, such as Duo Gourmet * Inter Prime Card * Internal training and development programs **Selection Process Steps** * Resume screening; * Screening call (initial conversation to align expectations about the role); * Assessments; * Interview with Talent Team; * Technical test (if required); * Interview with leadership; * Job offer (Offer);
