PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN – SLAUGHTERHOUSE

With our 46 industrial units, we offer healthy and nutritious products marketed worldwide through our 23 distribution centers and 17 international offices. **Responsibilities and duties** * Lead slaughterhouse processes, supervising the team to ensure activities comply with operational and sanitary standards, thereby safeguarding food integrity at the end of the process; * Monitor production volumes, assign tasks, set up the production line, guide subordinate employees, and inspect equipment to ensure safety; * Assign tasks to subordinate employees by delegating responsibilities and deadlines based on instructions from immediate supervisors and established priorities, ensuring adherence to defined timelines; * Request support from Maintenance, Quality Management, and other departments whenever necessary. **Requirements and qualifications** * Prior experience in this role; * High school diploma preferred.
