Responsibilities: * Personnel administration: hiring, terminations, attendance tracking and maintenance, benefits, leaves of absence, and monitoring occupational health and safety processes; * Monitoring and compliance with quotas for persons with disabilities (PCD) and apprentices; * Distribution and management of uniforms and ID badges; * Recruitment and selection, onboarding, training of new employees, and exit interviews; * Developing internal marketing initiatives in collaboration with corporate HR.
