An environment that values proactivity and organization ### **Position: Laundry Assistant – Santa Maria/RS** ### **We are hiring!** ### **Join Rede Drops, the largest motel chain in Brazil, present in 8 states.** ### **We are looking for someone proactive, organized, and detail-oriented to work in the laundry department of our Santa Maria unit.** ### **Responsibilities:** * **Sorting, washing, and drying linens** * **Operating machinery (washer, centrifuge, dryer)** * **Folding, packaging, and organizing in linen rooms** * **Weekly linen counting and inventory control** ### **✅ Requirements:** * **Laundry experience (preferred)** * **Availability for rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night)** ### **Salary and Benefits:** * **Fixed salary: R$ 1\.700,00 to R$ 1\.830,93 (hourly rate: R$ 8,32\) \+ 40% hazard pay** * **Meal allowance: R$ 250,00 (after 3 months)** * **Transportation allowance or fuel assistance: R$ 250,00** * **Life insurance with comprehensive coverage for you and your family** ### **Drops Perks:** ### **Annual Loyalty Program Based on Tenure:** * **25% of salary as an extra payment in July (up to 2 years with the company)** * **50% in the 3rd year with the company** * **100% starting from the 4th year with the company** * **For your well-being, we offer life insurance with comprehensive coverage for you and your family.** ### **Performance Goals and Bonus Program:** ### **Evaluations every 6 months with individual and team performance bonuses** ### **Work Schedule:** * **6 days on / 1 day off per week (1 weekly day off \+ 1 Sunday per month)** * **7h20 per day \| Rotating schedule** ### **Location: BR\-158, 98 – Nossa Sra.
