Will be responsible for managing the operational routines of bulk units according to company guidelines, acting as support to their managers. **Responsibilities and duties** * Facilitate and assist in grain storage operations and the functioning of storage units by effectively planning activities while observing standards, quality, safety, and consistency; * Conduct studies, diagnostics, monitoring, and reviews of operational activity flows; * Monitor performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes; * Continuously monitor grain receiving and dispatching processes to optimize technical efficiency; * Monitor unit hygiene, rodent control, and use of sanitizing products for units and grains; * Provide support and guidance for managing new Units, including grain flow assessment, classification, hygiene, and improvement possibilities; * Promote synergy among unit departments to facilitate information exchange. **Requirements and qualifications** * Technical and/or Higher Education; * Technical knowledge of physical characteristics and grain quality; * Technical knowledge of drying and storage of agricultural products. **Additional information** * Meal Voucher; * National Unimed Health Plan; * Uniodonto Dental Plan; * Wellhub (gympass); * Pharmacy Benefit; * Life Insurance; * Annual Profit Sharing (PLR).
