Accounts Payable Specialist
**Location:**Subotica, RS, 240000 **Business Unit:** Gatan **Posting Date:** Nov 14, 2025 **Job Description:**The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for managing Gatan’s financial liabilities by processing vendor invoices, ensuring payments are made on time, maintaining accurate financial records in accordance with US GAAP policies, and reconciling vendor statements. We deliver nursing products to the university hospital in Køge, ambulance depots, and to Psychiatry in Roskilde. Our main tasks are picking and packing, as well as shipping patient care products to our customers. We ensure that goods are delivered into mobile cabinets for the delivery units. The majority of the cleaning process will take place through our new UVC system, where brushes, baskets, and cabinets will be treated with UVC lighting.
