Join us too! **Opportunity:** Maintenance Coordinator **Responsibilities:** Coordinate and direct maintenance activities. **Summary of Responsibilities:** * Coordinate mechanical maintenance activities for the extra-heavy truck fleet, including Volvo FH 500, FH 540, and similar models from other brands, ensuring proper execution of services; * Lead and develop teams of mechanics, maintenance team leaders, and supervisors, promoting operational discipline, productivity, and safety; * Ensure physical fleet availability by proactively reducing recurrent failures and rework; * Monitor and analyze maintenance performance indicators, such as fleet availability, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance cost per kilometer traveled; * Manage maintenance resources—including labor, parts, tools, contracts, and third-party services—with a focus on cost optimization and operational efficiency; * Collaborate with PCM in failure analysis, definition of maintenance strategies, and continuous improvement of processes; * Ensure correct use of the maintenance management system (CMMS/ERP), guaranteeing accurate data entry, maintenance history, work orders, and reliable reports; * Interact with Operations, Logistics, Procurement, and Occupational Safety departments to align fleet priorities; * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and applicable legislation related to road bulk cargo transportation; * Provide technical support to management in decisions regarding fleet, investments, equipment renewal, and standardization.
