Our commitment to excellence and innovation shapes every aspect of our work, and we consistently foster continuous learning and professional development. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Support monthly accounting closing procedures; * Monitor processes related to investments, administrative matters, and social security; * Manage and analyze accounting and tax documents; * Reconcile and analyze accounting account balances, ensuring the reliability of reported figures; * Perform accounting parameterization and reclassification of inconsistent events; * Issue trial balances, consolidating financial statements; maintain the chart of accounts, identifying the company's needs; * Support the immediate supervisor on matters inherent to the role, presenting and discussing issues and irregularities to assist in defining procedures and actions to be taken; * Integrate investment and financial systems with the contribution system; * Analyze and forward the social security flow to the Social Security Management; * Reconcile and analyze fund profitability and share price variation; * Close the contribution system and integrate it with the accounting system; prepare and disseminate share price reports; * Update corporate registration data in case of changes to the entity's registered information, complying with legal requirements; * Consolidate semiannual accounting and budgetary information into reports and generate reports for publication in the restricted area; * Gather accounting information for control indicator calculation. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences; * Active registration with the Regional Accounting Council (CRC); * Knowledge of tax and accounting routines; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Familiarity with integrated systems and legislation applicable to the business. **Additional Information:** * Competitive remuneration; * Additional benefits including transportation allowance, meals at the workplace, life insurance, health plan, dental plan, Gympass, and private pension; * Opportunity for learning and professional development; * Dynamic and collaborative work environment; * Potential for internal career growth.
