Job Summary: Act as a bridge between the customer and pre-sales teams, identifying needs and gaps in Datasul Manufacturing/Materials modules to translate them into precise development proposals and effective solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze customer requirements for Datasul Materials/Manufacturing modules. 2. Architect functional solutions focused on Datasul Materials. 3. Prepare detailed commercial proposals for development. Description: Serve as the liaison between the customer and the pre-sales team, identifying needs and gaps in the usage of the Datasul Manufacturing/Materials module, translating these requirements into accurate commercial proposals for development, ensuring effective and aligned solutions with both customer and company objectives. Responsibilities and Duties * Receive and analyze customer requirements related to the Datasul Materials/Manufacturing module, identifying areas where the product fails to meet expectations or needs; * Architect and design functional solutions to address requirements, focusing on the Materials module, covering inventory control, materials planning (MRP), and manufacturing engineering; * Prepare detailed commercial proposals for development, including technical pricing, supporting the pre-sales team; * Collaborate with the sales team to structure technical offerings, facilitating understanding and commercialization of solutions; * Apply knowledge of Datasul architecture and system functionality to ensure technical feasibility of proposals; * Support understanding of the impact of proposed solutions on the customer's manufacturing operations and materials management. Requirements and Qualifications * Solid experience with the TOTVS Datasul Manufacturing/Materials module; * Ability to technically understand the product and manufacturing processes to translate requirements into viable solutions; * Proficiency in proposal pricing, understanding technical aspects of development and software factory (desirable); * Strong communication skills to act as a bridge among customers, technical teams, and sales teams; * Proactivity and organization to manage multiple requirements and priorities in a pre-sales environment; * Knowledge of development practices for better understanding of technical complexity and costs involved in proposals. 2512290202491833337
