Join Prospera! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Work 100% in the field, ensuring active presence at client locations (INDEPENDENT PHARMACIES AND CHAIN PHARMACIES); * Enhance and develop relationships with strategic partners, professional associations, and industry-related organizations within the Pharma Channel; * Conduct visits, negotiations, opportunity analyses, and identification of regional gaps; * Ensure execution of commercial strategies, adoption and expansion of Prospera within the state of Piauí’s Pharma Channel; * Collaborate closely with immediate manager to achieve targets and tactical plans aimed at increasing portfolio share; * Continuously monitor the sales map, focusing on identifying market opportunities and trends. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in developing and implementing a Key Account Plan (KAP) to achieve and track regional targets set by Prospera (target: activation of 800 pharmacy PDVs in the state of Piauí for the Green Energy product + securing R$12 million in trade marketing funds from the pharmaceutical industry for distribution at ECOA Points to PDVs, enabling customers to achieve up to 100% discount on their electricity bills); * Proven experience in sales and managing an active client portfolio within the Pharma Channel; * Prior work experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or pharmaceutical distribution; * Knowledge of the Pharma Channel across manufacturers, distributors, and both independent and chain pharmacy PDVs—i.e., comprehensive understanding of the entire Pharma Channel; * Hands-on, dynamic profile with willingness and energy for predominantly field-based work; * Relationship-building also with professional associations and sector-specific organizations within the Pharma industry; * Analytical, proactive, and results-driven profile to contribute to portfolio growth. **Qualifications** * Completed university degree, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel (user level); * Willingness to travel; * Own vehicle required. **COMPENSATION** * Fixed monthly salary of R$ 10,000; * Variable compensation based on established targets, initially comprising activation of the Green Energy subscription program across 450 PDVs (neighborhood independent pharmacies and large pharmacy chains) + securing R$12 million in trade marketing funds annually; * Benefits card worth R$ 850.00; * Expense reimbursement in accordance with commercial policy.
