So, show us what you are made of, because who you are is what we need. *So, show us what you are made of, because who you are is what we need.* Responsibilities / Responsibilities: * Perform equipment changeover during production line changeovers, verifying required specifications for product industrialization in terms of dimensions, materials, and other parameters. Perform machine setup aiming to release the machine for mass production, adhering to time standards; * Measure and complete post-changeover forms and parameter records, documenting process-related information and requesting validation from other responsible parties before releasing for production. Also monitor the first tires produced; * Perform corrective maintenance on machines (limited to the setup adhesion area), analyzing incidents, adjusting and testing parts and components, and/or arranging replacements as necessary. Request workshop services to correct major defects to ensure full equipment functionality during operation without risk to operator safety; * Perform cleaning and organization of the workplace, removing waste generated during operations to maintain the area in good condition; * Execute all safety procedures in accordance with safety engineering and environmental standards; * Follow the equipment cleaning schedule, as well as any additional requests from the Quality, Uniformity, and Production departments; * Replace bladders and other setup-related items according to on-site assessment, complying with requests from the Quality, Uniformity, and Construction/Vulcanization departments; * Take responsibility for reporting any and all incidents occurring during their respective shift involving safety, product quality, and/or production loss; * Maintain adequate stock of assembled and replacement bladders in the setup area; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on subassemblies within the department required for machine setup, ensuring they remain in perfect working condition; * Liaise with Maintenance regarding requests for any type of service needed for repair, restoration, fabrication, or maintenance of setup equipment; * Repair and/or replace bladders and other setup-related items according to on-site assessment, complying with requests from the Quality, Uniformity, and Construction/Vulcanization departments. Qualifications / Qualifications: * **Minimum Experience**: Experience in Mechanical field; * **Education: Completed High School;** Technical Mechanical Training course preferred; * **Other Courses/Specific Knowledge/Skills:** Basic computer skills (Office suite) / Driver's License Category “B” / Forklift Operator Certification.
