Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring service levels and availability of technology solutions, leading IT projects, managing information security and the team. Key Highlights: 1. Lead IT projects with methodology and implementation assurance 2. Manage information security and network/datacenter environment 3. Manage team and processes to ensure service delivery and goal achievement Description: Higher Education \- Technology, Engineering, Administration or related fields * Mandatory Technical Knowledge: Database Programming Language Knowledge Project Management (PMI) Process Definition and Design Key\-User of Systems Projects or Full\-Stack Developer with technical leadership in IT projects. Knowledge / Certification in Agility, Lean, Six Sigma, etc. * Ensure Agreed Service Level of Technology Solutions through monitoring and control of KPIs * Manage departmental procedures and routines to ensure their application * Manage Network and Datacenter environment to ensure service availability * Lead departmental projects according to Tecon Salvador's project methodology * Provide Infrastructure and Systems Technical Support via Service Desk * Manage Information Security in accordance with Corporate Policies and Local Guidelines * Maintain a Systems Improvement Management Schedule to meet departmental needs * Ensure solution implementation through monitoring of tasks established in activity planning * Report Project Status and IT KPIs to Management for management support \-Manage your team through daily tracking of attendance, time bank, vacations, compensatory time, \-rewards, shift adjustments and days off, performance evaluation, career plan, feedback, and team training, to ensure customer service and achievement of established goals. * Promote and comply with the Integrated Policy and SMS Principles, achieve established targets, and ensure compliance with SMS procedures. 251112020218781296
