As a Senior Financial Analyst, your responsibilities will include: * Preparing and analyzing financial statements, cash flow projections, and other accounting and financial reports; * Monitoring the organization's financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement; * Actively participating in defining financial strategies, collaborating with senior leadership; * Supporting the finance team by guiding and developing team members; * Advising the executive board on matters related to the company's financial management. Requirements: To stand out for this position, you must: * Have at least 2 years of proven experience as a Senior Financial Analyst; * Hold a bachelor’s degree or be currently pursuing one in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration; * Demonstrate excellent knowledge of financial statement analysis, cash flow, and financial indicators; * Be familiar with financial management systems and Business Intelligence tools; * Possess leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
