This secular institution, which **has always served the well-being of Bahia's population**, strategically guides its management so that employees and volunteers adhere to the same philosophical foundation, enabling society to understand the entity's identity. **Purpose:** To care for people and promote dignity; **Values:** **We value people** **Together, we can achieve more** **We do things well—correctly, without waste, and safely;** **Responsibilities and duties** * Guide and support managers on people management matters, such as team development guidance, conflict resolution, performance management, and talent retention. * Lead and implement HR processes—including recruitment and selection—and support and disseminate institutional programs, organizational culture, and career management. * Conduct recruitment and selection (R&S) processes for operational, technical, and strategic positions, managing multiple vacancies and profiles simultaneously. * Administer psychological tests and behavioral profile analyses. * Identify operational training needs and occasionally deliver training sessions. * Support organizational change management, ensuring change initiatives are communicated and implemented effectively. * Monitor and analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism) for internal clients to suggest improvements in people management practices. Act as a mediator and resolve internal conflicts, promoting a healthy and collaborative work environment. * **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related fields. * Completed or ongoing postgraduate studies. * Advanced proficiency in Windows and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Information systems proficiency. * Recruitment & Selection platform skills. * Psychological test administration experience. **Additional information** **Unit:** * Central Administration **Working hours:** * 44 hours per week—Administrative Regime (Mon–Fri) **Work regime:** * In-person **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary * Meal allowance * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan Join our team!! Only on July 30, 1893, was the Santa Izabel Hospital (HSI) constructed in the Nazaré neighborhood of Salvador, replacing the former health unit located in Pelourinho. The original hospital building became the administrative headquarters of Santa Casa da Bahia and, in 2006, was transformed into the Museum of Mercy.
