Work in partnership with Operations and Forecast areas to anticipate hiring needs and plan vacancy volumes (seasonal or permanent). Design and implement automated and agile R\&S processes (from job posting to onboarding) that support mass hiring without compromising quality. Control cost per hire (CPA \- Cost Per Acquisition) and investments in tools, platforms, and partnerships. Manage, train, and motivate R\&S Coordinators and Analysts to achieve ambitious hiring targets (headcount). Identify, negotiate, and maintain strategic partnerships (schools, colleges, agencies, online platforms) to ensure a steady flow of candidates. Develop and promote the employer brand in collaboration with Marketing, focusing on attracting the ideal Call Center operator profile. Monitor critical high-volume metrics such as Time to Hire, Fill Rate, Drop Rate, and, especially, the correlation between R\&S and turnover within the first 90 days. Analyze performance and turnover data to refine selection criteria and ensure hired candidates fit the Call Center's culture and operational pressure. Ensure effective use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other tools (e.g., automated assessments, video interviews) to manage high application volumes. Implement digital solutions to make the application and screening process as fast and simple as possible for candidates. Proven experience in R\&S management, specifically in high-volume environments (High Volume/Mass Hiring). Strong knowledge of the Call Center industry and operational challenges. Experience managing large teams and aggressive hiring targets. Leadership and development of high-performance R\&S teams. Strategic thinking skills to align R\&S goals with business objectives of Operations. Excellent time and priority management in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in ATS/R\&S tools (Gupy, Kenoby, Workday, etc.). Strong analytical ability to work with large volumes of data (KPIs) and turn them into improvement actions.
