Join us! **Responsibilities and duties** **Responsibilities and challenges** * Immediately register every vehicle entering the parking facility; * Verify whether customers are authorized users, monthly subscribers, or residents, and confirm that the customer possesses the proper identification credential; * Inform customers about parking procedures and regulations—including tolerance periods, fees, location details, and other relevant information—with consistent emphasis on providing excellent customer service; * Monitor for jammed or malfunctioning tickets, and retrieve tickets if the Ticket Deposit Box is full; * Properly store vehicle keys in key cabinets and ensure vehicle identification through the attachment of numbered prisms; * Operate cash register equipment in parking garages, issuing vehicle entry and exit tickets while ensuring the integrity of parking revenue. **Requirements and qualifications** **What we’re looking for:** * Completed high school education; * Valid driver’s license (preferred). **Additional information** For healthcare units (hospitals or laboratory networks), upon approval in the selection process, proof of the following vaccinations will be required: **Hepatitis B, Adult Diphtheria-Tetanus (DT), Measles-Mumps-Rubella (MMR), Influenza, COVID-19, and Yellow Fever.** **HOW ABOUT WORKING FOR A COMPANY SERVING THE SMART CITIES OF TOMORROW?** INDIGO is the global leader in parking and individual mobility management.
