Join this team! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your main challenges as an IT SUPPORT ASSISTANT I will be:** * Assist in maintaining hardware, software, networks, and servers; * Provide IT support to the campus, students, and staff; * Support the campus IT department regarding computers, internal phone extensions, and internet in general; * Assist in meetings and events; * Manage and organize materials; * Support asset management; * Assist in controlling internal procedures; * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on electronic equipment manufactured by the company; * Knowledge of network configuration / infrastructure; * Install, update, configure, and uninstall software on products; * Travel to the location where the equipment is installed; * Carry out activities according to departmental procedures and instructions from your immediate supervisor; * Comply with the company’s quality policy; * Comply with the company’s standards and procedures; * Comply with safety practices, accident prevention, and environmental risk mitigation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Technical course in Information Technology preferred; * Experience in computer support; * Good communication skills; * Proactive attitude; * Availability to work flexible hours. **Additional Information** * **Tuition scholarships** of up to 100% for employees, legal dependents, and family members (parents, siblings).
