Design and delivery of training on software and regulatory customs aspects As a Customs Trainer, you will play a key role in knowledge transfer and customer support: * Conduct proactive monitoring of legal and regulatory developments (customs, European regulations, security obligations) * Communicate information clearly and understandably to technical teams to facilitate integration of new obligations * Deliver training on our software and customs regulatory topics * Design, write, and update training materials, incorporating regulatory updates * Support customers during implementation of software solutions, in coordination with technical teams, to ensure technical and regulatory compliance * Provide operational support during go-live phases * Participate in trade fairs, conferences, and professional events to strengthen your expertise and promote our solutions * Contribute to product promotion among customers and prospects * Significant experience in the customs domain (e.g., customs declarant) * Familiarity with CONEX software is an advantage + You are comfortable with regular travel: high mobility is essential to visit our clients. * Excellent pedagogical skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and capacity to simplify complex topics * You are autonomous, well-organized, and able to adapt to diverse audiences * English proficiency is appreciated (not mandatory) What we offer: * Employment type: Permanent contract (CDI) * Location: Orchies (Hauts\-de\-France) / Remote work possible * Performance-based bonus * Gift vouchers at year-end * Social and Economic Committee (CSE) CONEX is a leading provider of software solutions dedicated to processing customs and security declarations, facilitating electronic data exchange between companies and customs authorities.
