




Job Summary: A technical support professional responsible for diagnosing, performing preventive and corrective hardware and software maintenance, and providing on-site support. On-site technical support to users **Responsibilities:** * Perform diagnostics, preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and laptops. * Execute hardware component replacement and installation (e.g., memory, HDD/SSD, display, keyboard, cards, etc.). * Perform formatting, configuration, and installation of Windows operating systems and corporate tools. * Provide on-site technical support to users for resolving hardware- and software-related incidents. * Ensure equipment integrity and compliance with information security standards. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Possess a **personal vehicle and valid driver's license (CNH)** for field travel. * Possess a **personal laptop**. * Possess a **smartphone** for communication and service recordkeeping. * Possess **basic tools for laptop and desktop maintenance**. * Have **at least five 32GB USB flash drives** available for technical tasks.
