**What's the role about?**
As a Fullstack Engineer, you will be responsible for completing the final 40% of the Neon platform. Your mission is to transform high\-fidelity Figma designs into a functional, data\-driven user experience. You will bridge the gap between our complex financial backend and the end\-user, building the onboarding flows for financial data and ensuring that AI\-generated insights are presented clearly through interactive dashboards.
**What do we require from you?**
* 1–3 years of hands\-on experience in Full\-stack or Front\-End development.
* Extensive experience with React or Next.js, specifically building modular components and managing complex application states.
* Strong knowledge of Tailwind CSS and responsive design to match existing Figma prototypes.
* Experience with integrating third\-party financial widgets, specifically Plaid Link or Codat/Railz.
* Proven ability to consume REST APIs and handle asynchronous data flows effectively.
* Strong proficiency in data visualization libraries like Recharts or Chart.js to display financial trends.
* Excellent attention to detail regarding UI/UX polish, including error handling and smooth transitions.
* Ability to work within an existing codebase (Java Spring Boot/PostgreSQL/Azure) alongside a Senior Backend Engineer.
* Advanced English level to collaborate in a high\-growth, technical environment.
