Job Description: The intern will be responsible for learning how to use the company's internal systems, communicating with technical support, attending meetings and training sessions, and subsequently disseminating this knowledge to other employees. The intern will also provide support and perform maintenance on the systems used by the company, contributing to the smooth operation of business activities. Required Qualifications: Currently enrolled in one of the following programs: Information Systems; Systems Analysis and Development; Computer Science; Computer Engineering; Software Engineering; Computer Networks; Information Technology Management; Information Technology. Desired Technical Skills: Basic IT knowledge; computerized systems; user support; Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new systems; system maintenance; fundamental networking concepts. Desired Behavioral Skills: The company seeks an Information Technology intern who is curious, proactive, and communicative, with a strong interest in learning and developing within the field. The candidate should demonstrate organizational skills; teamwork; responsibility; initiative; and good interpersonal relationships. Workload: 20 hours per week: 4 hours per day. Job Summary: The professional will handle engineering service requests to support Equipment Engineering, Reliability, and Projects activities at Fertilizer and Gas Units. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze technical documents and identify engineering services. 2. Prepare technical reports and propose engineering solutions. 3. Conduct activity planning and develop schedules. **Description:** Provide engineering service support for Equipment Engineering, Reliability, and Projects activities at Fertilizer and Gas Units. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze technical documents (specifications, drawings, flowcharts, etc.) to identify equipment and service lists, supplementing with information related to service execution—including construction works, engineering services, equipment and facility maintenance and inspection, among others; * Identify technical documentation required for critical analysis during basic project planning; * Detail schedules and assess productivity indices and factors influencing construction works and engineering services to update scheduling assumptions; * Build a database of equipment and material prices for construction works and engineering services using reports extracted from SAP and Bex Analyzer; * Process and standardize the price database for construction works and engineering services; * Prepare technical reports based on price data, analyzing technical aspects of equipment and materials, and proposing engineering solutions for construction works and services; * Issue alerts in case of deviations or anticipated deviations regarding scope or schedule of ongoing engineering services; * Plan activities and develop schedules using Microsoft Project or similar tools; * Support contract supervision for construction works and engineering services; * Develop technical inquiries to Petrobras support units. **Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with active registration at CREA. **Experience Requirement:** * Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in related activities. * Preferred: minimum 5 years’ experience in operational units for gas processing, refineries, fertilizer plants, and/or petrochemical facilities. **Salary:** R$ 12.944,33, plus possible hazard allowance. **Benefits:** Meal allowance, dental plan, health plan extendable to spouse and children up to age 21 (only co-payment deducted), life insurance. **Work Regime:** On-site – 44 hours per week. **Work Location:** SE 211 Highway, KM 01 – Laranjeiras/SE (Petrobras – FAFEN SE)

Job Summary: An engineering professional to support contract supervision at fertilizer and chemical gas industrial units, performing project monitoring and management. Key Highlights: 1. Technical analysis and proposal of project improvements **Description:** Contract Supervision Support Services at Fertilizer and Chemical Gas Units **Responsibilities:** * High-complexity activities described below: * Develop systematic methodology for schedule preparation and monitoring, tracking deliveries and pending items with suppliers; * Consolidate data for report preparation; * Monitor and record progress of ongoing demands, aligning technical and/or supply requirements with field teams to minimize impacts on agreed timelines and values; * Field monitoring of service execution; * Control action plans or schedule recovery plans; * Support coordination in routine management activities; * Perform Compliance Verification against Standards; * Conduct physical vs. financial monitoring of service contracts; * Perform consistency analysis in asset improvement processes, evaluating process adherence and effectiveness; * Perform preliminary analysis of received projects; * Technically evaluate and propose alternatives for improvements or correction of deviations in facilities, processes, or project implementation phases (design, procurement of materials and services, construction and installation, commissioning, etc.); * Prepare schedules for highly critical projects; * Support measurement, opening, and closing of contracts; * Supervise field planning activities and site material management; * Monitor the procurement process of project materials; * Perform critical analysis of schedules and WBS; * Monitor operational area activities and report construction progress, deviations, points of attention, ongoing actions, pending items, and construction status; * Conduct field surveys; * Plan services, participating in daily service programming meetings; * Prepare construction schedules; * Update schedules; * Create Maintenance Orders in SAP; * Consolidate the construction delivery data book by integrating individual discipline data books and the material certification book; * Prepare action/recovery plans; * Monitor construction execution and performance, supervise technical disciplines, and update internal control documentation; * Analyze and comment on execution schedules submitted by CONTRACTED companies; * Prepare drawings (sketches), when required; * Critically analyze technical notes (Failure/Defect, Service, and Technical Study) to identify requirements for inputs, support services, and logistics needed for scheduled activities; * Perform technical analysis of construction documentation; * Prepare technical reports and expert opinions regarding services executed on construction sites; * Participation in Change Management Teams; * Advisory support in preparing Service Specifications and Project Descriptive Memos; **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, registered with the Professional Regulatory Council (CREA) **Experience:** Minimum proven experience of over 7 years in related activities.
