**Description:**
Contract Supervision Support Services at Fertilizer and Chemical Gas Units
**Responsibilities:**
* High-complexity activities described below:
* Develop systematic methodology for schedule preparation and monitoring, tracking deliveries and pending items with suppliers;
* Consolidate data for report preparation;
* Monitor and record progress of ongoing demands, aligning technical and/or supply requirements with field teams to minimize impacts on agreed timelines and values;
* Field monitoring of service execution;
* Control action plans or schedule recovery plans;
* Support coordination in routine management activities;
* Perform Compliance Verification against Standards;
* Conduct physical vs. financial monitoring of service contracts;
* Perform consistency analysis in asset improvement processes, evaluating process adherence and effectiveness;
* Perform preliminary analysis of received projects;
* Technically evaluate and propose alternatives for improvements or correction of deviations in facilities, processes, or project implementation phases (design, procurement of materials and services, construction and installation, commissioning, etc.);
* Prepare schedules for highly critical projects;
* Support measurement, opening, and closing of contracts;
* Supervise field planning activities and site material management;
* Monitor the procurement process of project materials;
* Perform critical analysis of schedules and WBS;
* Monitor operational area activities and report construction progress, deviations, points of attention, ongoing actions, pending items, and construction status;
* Conduct field surveys;
* Plan services, participating in daily service programming meetings;
* Prepare construction schedules;
* Update schedules;
* Create Maintenance Orders in SAP;
* Consolidate the construction delivery data book by integrating individual discipline data books and the material certification book;
* Prepare action/recovery plans;
* Monitor construction execution and performance, supervise technical disciplines, and update internal control documentation;
* Analyze and comment on execution schedules submitted by CONTRACTED companies;
* Prepare drawings (sketches), when required;
* Critically analyze technical notes (Failure/Defect, Service, and Technical Study) to identify requirements for inputs, support services, and logistics needed for scheduled activities;
* Perform technical analysis of construction documentation;
* Prepare technical reports and expert opinions regarding services executed on construction sites;
* Participation in Change Management Teams;
* Advisory support in preparing Service Specifications and Project Descriptive Memos;
**Education:**
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, registered with the Professional Regulatory Council (CREA)
**Experience:**
Minimum proven experience of over 7 years in related activities.
Desirable: Minimum 5 years’ experience in operational units for gas processing, refineries, fertilizer plants, and/or petrochemical facilities.
**Mandatory Knowledge:**
* Proficiency in the following tools: SAP, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
* Intermediate English
**Salary:** R$ 16.650,49, with possible hazard pay allowance

**Work Regime:** On-site – 44 hours per week
