You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment where clear communication and rapid problem resolution are essential. **Job Responsibilities:** * Handling service requests using incident management tools; * Serving as first-level support, providing solutions to customer issues; * Appropriately escalating unresolved requests to higher support levels; * Updating customer data and preparing activity reports; * Guiding customers throughout the problem resolution process; * Installing and configuring software; * Diagnosing corporate networks; * Providing remote support to systems and monitoring devices; * Providing remote support to end-user computers; * Managing configuration of assets deployed at customer sites; Requirements: \- Experience in remote technical support, preferably in video technologies or security systems.\- Knowledge of technical problem diagnosis and resolution.\- Strong written and verbal communication skills.\- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.\- Availability for flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends, as required.
