We are looking for an **IT Assistant** to ensure technical and operational support for the enterprise's IT infrastructure. If you are organized and wish to build your career in this field, this could be an excellent opportunity for you! **Responsibilities** * Provide technical support to users, assisting in resolving issues with hardware, software, and networks; * Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other IT devices; * Assist in network and server management, ensuring proper system operation; * Monitor and execute data backup and recovery procedures; * Track service tickets and document applied solutions, ensuring activity records; * Support the IT team in improvement projects and implementation of new technologies; * Ensure compliance with the company's information security policies; * Provide support for installation and updating of corporate software. **Requirements** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields; * Knowledge of computer maintenance and equipment installation; * Must reside in Caruaru. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in user support, PC installation, printers, and routers.
