Job description Mission Description Senior Full Stack Developer & Technical Leader – Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong technical leadership skills to join an international development team. This role involves leading the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and efficient front-end and back-end systems, mentoring developers, and supporting agile practices. Key Responsibilities * Design and implement new features in front-end and back-end systems using modern web technologies. * Analyze existing systems to define integration requirements and recommend technical improvements. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, architecture, DevOps, product) to ensure successful delivery. * Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and mentor junior team members. * Lead agile ceremonies and ensure alignment with business and technical objectives. * Investigate and resolve complex system-wide issues and recommend innovative solutions. Profile Requirements Required Skills and Experience * Over 10 years of software development experience with C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core Web API. * Proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, and CSS for front-end development. * Strong expertise in Entity Framework, Microsoft SQL Server, and performance optimization. * Solid knowledge of microservices, event-driven architecture, and design patterns (e.g., Saga). * Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. * Ability to lead a development team, facilitate agile practices, and collaborate with architects. * English communication skills at B2 level or higher, both technical and business-oriented. Preferred Qualifications * Familiarity with distributed systems and asynchronous messaging patterns. * Experience with IIS, Azure services, and enterprise-level system architecture. * Exposure to complex business domains, such as commodity trading, is a plus. * Ability to combine technical leadership and Scrum Master responsibilities.
