Description

\- Maintain constant contact with the maintenance supervisor to properly resolve operational and administrative issues arising at the site within the deadlines required by the client; \- Properly complete the service order (OS) document in legible handwriting and deliver it in a timely manner for registration in the system; \- Maintain service quality by aligning it with company and customer requirements, applying skill, creativity, and initiative; \- Perform work at heights; \- Knowledge of metric measurements (meter, centimeter, millimeter); \- Proficiency with measuring instruments such as level, plumb line, square, meter stick, tape measure, and caliper; \- Discipline in using PPE; \- Proficiency with electrical equipment including marble saw (Makita), grinders, drills, welding machines, and manual torches; \- Proficiency in welding copper piping and performing electric arc welding with coated electrodes; \- Knowledge of fabricating trays for air conditioning systems; \- Understanding of hydraulic schematics (bypass and reservoir water valve operations); \- Knowledge of sealing systems (gaskets, O-rings, wedges); \- Knowledge of hydrosanitary equipment (types of faucets, flush valves, shut-off valves) Minimum Education: Technical Course * Meal allowance: BRL 31.80 * Transportation allowance
