Apply now and build the future of technology with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze requirements and develop robust, scalable, microservice-oriented solutions; * Design, code, test (unit and integration), deploy, and maintain critical systems and integrations; * Participate in designing and implementing integrations via APIs, Webhooks, messaging (Service Bus), queues, and events; * Actively contribute to technical planning, proposing distributed architectures, versioning strategies, and development standards; * Identify performance bottlenecks, propose technical improvements, and apply best practices in observability, caching, monitoring, and autoscaling; * Collaborate closely with internal departments (Content, Marketing, Academic, and Products) to integrate new features, digital journeys, and personalized experiences; * Manage vendors and oversee deliveries, ensuring technical alignment, quality, and adherence to platform standards; * Produce clear technical documentation (diagrams, specifications, API contracts, operational manuals); * Support innovation initiatives, including generative AI usage, automation, and evaluation of emerging technologies; * Implement secure development practices, LGPD compliance, access controls, and regulatory requirements; * Contribute to cloud environment cost optimization and operational efficiency; * Apply a product-oriented mindset, leveraging metrics and data for technical decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in technology-related fields (e.g., Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related); * Solid experience in developing modern web applications, distributed architectures, and enterprise integrations; * Experience with headless CMS platforms such as Strapi is desirable, including validations, lifecycles, relationships, and content governance; * C#, .NET, .NET Core, PHP, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js; * Experience in cloud computing, especially AWS and Azure (Functions, Service Bus/Kafka, Storage, API Management, Cosmos DB, App Service); * Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases: PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Cosmos DB; * Familiarity with messaging, queues, events, Webhooks, OAuth/OIDC authentication, JWT, and REST integrations; * Experience with CI/CD, deployment pipelines, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps; * Hands-on experience with observability tools: Datadog, Dynatrace, Application Insights. **Additional Information** We are the **Grupo SysMap**, composed of the brands **SysMap Solutions, TriggoLabs, and triggo.ai**, an ecosystem of high-impact companies in the market, delivering innovative technology solutions that transform businesses and develop people.
