We are looking for a **Senior Performance Data Analyst** to work on **building indicators, conducting analyses, and automation**, supporting management with reliable information, clear diagnostics, and continuous improvement of operational performance. **About the position** You will be responsible for **generating, monitoring, and analyzing operational performance, SLA, and availability indicators**, ensuring data consistency and analysis quality. You will also work on **automating recurring analytical routines**, contributing to reduced rework, standardization, and greater efficiency in data processes. **Responsibilities and duties:** **Main responsibilities** * Build, generate, validate, and monitor operational performance indicators. * Validate calculation rules, indicator consistency, and methodological coherence. * Automate data and indicator calculation, consolidation, and update routines. * Use Power Query, Excel, Python, and scripts to automate analytical processes. * Analyze deviations, trends, and significant variations in KPIs. * Produce comparative, historical, and operational diagnostic analyses. * Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI. * Ensure indicator and metric quality, standardization, and documentation. **Requirements and qualifications:** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Administration, Statistics, Economics, IT, Data Science, or related fields. **✅ Requirements** * Prior experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or Performance Analyst. * Experience building and evolving indicators, including defining metrics, calculation rules, validation, and monitoring. * Experience with Power BI for developing and maintaining managerial dashboards and reports. * Advanced Excel skills. * Python (basic to intermediate) applied to automating analytical routines and updating indicators. * Ability to interpret data, analyze results, and support decision-making based on indicators. * Data storytelling skills—transforming analyses into clear narratives for non-technical audiences. **Expected experience** * Experience automating reports or recurring routines, reducing manual effort. * Practical involvement in building, analyzing, and monitoring performance indicators. * Experience with comparative, historical, and operational diagnostic analyses. * Experience presenting results and insights in a structured, clear, and decision-oriented manner. * Interaction with business or operational areas for alignment and explanation of indicators. **➕ Desirable** * Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge for queries, validations, and analytical support. * Experience with Power Query for data transformation and preparation. * Knowledge or experience with Power Automate for process and operational workflow automation. * Basic VBA knowledge or auxiliary scripting for automation. * Certifications or experience in continuous improvement methodologies Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
