We provide comprehensive solutions ranging from facilities management to asset security, electronic security, and maintenance—always integrating technology, innovation, and professional development. **Position Description** We seek a professional to work in **Controller/Financial Planning**, playing a strategic role in supporting senior leadership through financial analysis, insight generation, and decision support. This position will strongly focus on information consolidation, performance analysis, and scenario building, directly contributing to business sustainability and growth. **Main Responsibilities** * Strategically analyze the company's financial and economic results, supporting senior leadership in decision-making; * Prepare and consolidate strategic management reports, performance analyses, and financial scenarios; * Conduct budget variance analyses (budgeted vs. actual), identifying risks, opportunities, and business impacts; * Actively participate in strategic planning, annual budgeting, and Forecast cycles; * Develop, monitor, and analyze strategic performance indicators (financial and operational KPIs); * Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, and compliance with corporate policies; * Serve as a strategic partner to business areas, translating financial data into actionable insights. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Proven experience in Controller, Financial Planning, or other strategic areas; * Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems; * Strong analytical capability, systemic vision, and results orientation; * Ability to communicate strategically with leadership.
