Responsible for monitoring, supervision, and operation of parking systems
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES – What and How?**

Update incidents, pending items, and new information with the previous shift’s CCTV operator;
Guide customers, via intercom, using announcements, regarding resolution of issues arising during entry or exit from the parking facility, whenever activated;
Manage key control;
Screen service authorizations;
Report shift incidents to the Supervisor;
Support the Parking team in monitoring and identifying equipment or area-related issues throughout the parking facility.
Support opening and closing activities for parking levels and cashier booths, identifying and anticipating potential incidents;
Monitor parking controllers and valets, verifying area coverage;
Report equipment issues—such as gates, barriers, APS, and automatic payment systems (Sem Parar, ConectCar, Veloe, Taggy, Greenpass, etc.)—to Supervisors and technicians;
Verify recording, playback, and operational status of all CCTV system components;
Perform checklist for camera positioning and functionality;
Conduct daily CCTV monitoring operations across the entire parking facility;
Modulate and transmit messages over the parking facility’s designated frequencies;
Receive authorization requests from floor stations (e.g., equipment activation authorization, restroom access authorization, etc.);
Organize parking areas during opening and closing, paying attention to cleanliness of parking equipment and floors;
Screen customers at building entrances during shopping center closure periods;
Handle customer assistance and release during equipment or ticket malfunctions at barriers;
Direct vehicle traffic flow when all parking spaces are occupied;
Facilitate vehicle movement through parking areas;
Monitor vehicle stay in the parking facility after shopping center closing;
Assist customers in parking areas with discharged batteries, flat tires, and locksmith needs;
Maintain parking signage and isolation measures per briefing instructions/standards;
Replenish/reload cards at barriers;
Organize and store all signage, isolation, emergency equipment (vehicle suspension boards, jacks, luminous batons), and PPE;
Keep the parking storage area organized (cones, chains, barricades, etc.);
Clean parking equipment (gates, barriers, APS, etc.).
