Apply now!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure availability, performance, security, and evolution of the infrastructure environment (servers, virtualization, and VDI), providing N2/N3 support, operations, and continuous improvements, with strong expertise in Windows, Linux (RedHat), VMware vSphere, and Horizon; * Handle N2/N3 incidents and service requests; * Diagnose, mitigate, implement definitive fixes, and document issues (including Root Cause Analysis when required); * Monitoring and observability; * Monitor alerts from tools (e.g., vROps/Aria, Zabbix, SCOM, Grafana, etc.); * Change Management; * Plan and execute changes with risk analysis, maintenance windows, rollback plans, and communication. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: * Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in IT or related fields is desirable. Mandatory: * Windows Server: AD/GPO/DNS, advanced troubleshooting, PowerShell; * Linux: administration, troubleshooting, patching, and basic security; * VMware: vCenter/ESXi, HA/DRS, vMotion, performance troubleshooting; * Horizon: pools, troubleshooting, policies, UAG (minimum operational and diagnostic proficiency); * ITIL (incident, problem, change) applied daily. Desirable: * Automation (PowerShell, Ansible); * Observability (centralized logs, metrics, tracing, dashboards). **Additional Information** **Hybrid Work Model:** 2 days per week in the office.
