Your mission will be to work in the AI Accelerator, acting as a key driver in the strategy and evolution of Artificial Intelligence solutions—leading everything from cloud architecture to complex agent/multi-agent systems. Your role will be critical in accelerating Itaú’s development journey, delivering complete, secure, and governed digital experiences, influencing high-impact decisions, defining technical guidelines, and measuring value to scale innovation with governance. **What You’ll Do Here** * Serve as a technical reference in AI/ML and AWS architecture, influencing standards and decisions across the company. * Define the technical vision and roadmap for AI/ML solutions, prioritizing impact, risk, and feasibility in alignment with key stakeholders. * Design and implement advanced AWS architectures (infrastructure, security, scalability, and managed services such as Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker). * Evolve agent/multi-agent architectures (orchestration, memory, tools, guardrails, and security), balancing cost, latency, and quality. * Implement data and ML pipelines (training, evaluation, inference) with a focus on reliability, performance, and observability. * Ensure specification-driven engineering aligned with clear business value. * Conduct trade-off analyses and architectural decisions (build vs. buy, platform vs. service), incorporating FinOps and scalability perspectives. * Translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders and executives. * Inspire and mentor multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative environment. **What We Expect You to Know** * Solid experience in AWS architecture (infrastructure, security, scalability, and AI/ML managed services). * Practical expertise in building agent systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or CrewAI. * Proficiency in advanced AI engineering techniques: Harvest Engineering, Context Engineering (Skills and Agents), and automation of workflows using Development Agents. * Proficiency in AI-assisted productivity tools (DevIn, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and other emerging solutions). * Experience with GenAI, LLMs, and implementation of enterprise-scale RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines. * Strong hands-on experience with Spec-Driven Development (SDD), coding best practices, CI/CD, automated testing, and model observability in production. * Advanced knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps, experiment tracking, model registry, model monitoring, and drift detection. **Nice-to-Have Skills** * Knowledge of Azure AI Services and OpenAI within the Microsoft ecosystem. **What We Offer** We operate under a default remote work model, prioritizing your freedom and accountability.
