We are a social organization working for the holistic development of children and youth in Embu and are looking for a professional to join our resource mobilization team, contributing to Acorde’s sustainability and strengthening by connecting people, companies, resources, and causes — ensuring our programs and projects receive the necessary funding to flourish with impact and transparency. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Support the planning of resource mobilization strategies, actions, and campaigns aimed at acquiring new donors and generating new opportunities; * Map and identify potential donors and partners; * Execute resource mobilization actions and campaigns to acquire new donors and increase donations; * Manage the resource mobilization funnel and pipeline, including lead registration, updating, and tracking of opportunities and prospecting status; * Prepare analyses and reports on the results of actions and campaigns, contributing to continuous improvement of strategies and ensuring accurate data registration and management; * Optimize the lead qualification process by completing required internal procedures, such as CRM contractual registrations, drafting commitment agreements, among others; * Keep records of actions, campaigns, and companies organized and up-to-date in organizational systems and networks; * Establish and maintain positive relationships with different organizational departments to facilitate internal collaboration essential for executing resource mobilization actions and campaigns; * Support the development and updating of resource mobilization support materials, such as presentations, proposals, and campaign content; * Represent the organization in in-person or virtual meetings and events with companies, when necessary, maintaining professionalism and institutional alignment. **Requirements for this position:** * Completed undergraduate degree and ongoing learning through free courses; * Minimum 3 years of proven professional experience in resource mobilization; * Knowledge of diverse resource mobilization methods; * Basic understanding of incentive laws and donor accountability reporting; * Excellent interpersonal skills; * Familiarity with negotiation and sales techniques; * Experience analyzing and consolidating implementation indicators and outcome metrics; * Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and adapt to various situations and changes; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills and CRM knowledge. **CLT employment contract**, 40 hours per week.
