Job Summary: We are seeking a Documentation Assistant to manage engineering documentation, using a Document Management System (DMS) and contributing to future infrastructure projects. To achieve this, we rely on a team of renowned specialists experienced in Industrial projects. **What We Expect From You** Execution of engineering documentation control activities. **Job Description** Execution of engineering documentation control activities; use of the DMS \- Gestor Documenta. **We Are Looking For** a Documentation Assistant with at least 2\-3 years of experience in Engineering Documentation. Work Location: São Paulo Work Model: Hybrid **Your Responsibilities Will Include:** * Project documentation control activities; * Use of the DMS \- Gestor Documenta; * Issuance and receipt of project documentation via the system; * Training team members on the project control system; * Availability for overtime work. **Education and Skills:** Completed high school education; Basic Excel proficiency is desirable; Strong organizational sense and ability to work effectively in teams; Strong internal and external interpersonal skills, with good communication abilities; Knowledge of, respect for, and application of SENER’s philosophy and core values, organizational and operational principles, standards, and procedures; Effective and timely task organization and prioritization, setting priorities and meeting deadlines. **Main Benefits** A permanent full-time contract.
