Brands and services that are relevant to those who use them and recognized for our commitment to leading regenerative businesses. **Role Type** Permanent **What will you be doing here?** The Fullstack Tech Lead at Natura serves as a hands-on technical reference, leading by example and working side-by-side with the team to build scalable solutions in Node.js (TypeScript), React, and React Native. They are responsible for defining architectures that ensure long-term product sustainability, guiding system modernization to the cloud (AWS Serverless and OCI), and demonstrating versatility to navigate between modern and legacy systems in Java or PHP. **What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?** * Serve as the technical reference for a team (5\+ people), responsible for guiding the technical backlog, defining architecture alongside our Architects, and ensuring the team has a clear path to innovate. Hands-on Leadership: Guide, mentor, and unblock the technical team daily—coding alongside them to solve the most complex challenges. * Architecture and Technical Decision-Making: Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions, collaborating directly with architects and other Tech Leads. * Technical Backlog Management: Own the technical health of the product, balancing delivery of new features with addressing technical debt. * Ecosystem Expertise: Lead development of robust solutions focused on Node.js, while also operating across the frontend/mobile ecosystem using React, React Native, and native apps. Versatility to interact with, modernize, or integrate legacy systems written in languages such as Java or PHP is essential. * Cloud and Scalability: Design and evolve cloud-based applications using best practices in AWS (strong emphasis on Serverless/Lambda) and also work with our infrastructure on OCI (Oracle Cloud). * Agile Culture: Lead and guide cross-functional teams in product development using Jira and Git, ensuring transparency, timely delivery, and exceptionally high quality. **What are the requirements?** * Solid experience in software development and technical leadership. * Proficiency in Node.js (TypeScript) for backend architecture. * Practical experience with the frontend and mobile ecosystem (solid knowledge of React and React Native, understanding of native ecosystems). * Versatility to navigate, maintain, and integrate solutions across both legacy and modern codebases (e.g., Java and, why not, PHP?). * In-depth knowledge of Serverless architecture and extensive hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.). OCI knowledge is a strong plus. * Experience modeling and consuming relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB, Redis). * Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, BitBucket Pipelines, Sonar, or similar) and DevOps culture. * Strong understanding of cloud security, scalability, and compliance practices. **What are the differentiators?** * AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, etc.). * Deep expertise in infrastructure automation (Terraform, CloudFormation). * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Software Engineering or Systems Architecture. \#LI\-HA1 **What will you find here?** We are more than just a workplace: we build and live the Well\-Being Ecosystem daily, based on the harmonious relationship between each individual, their surroundings, and the environment they are part of.
