Results-oriented focus and performance optimization **The Optical Store Manager** is responsible for leading and supervising all store operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, effective team management, achievement of commercial goals, and optimization of unit performance. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Team Management: Training, motivating, and developing the sales team. * Customer Service: Ensuring high-quality service, resolving issues promptly, and exceeding customer expectations. * Goal Management: Monitoring and implementing strategies to achieve sales and performance targets. * Inventory Control: Overseeing product restocking and inventory management. * Visual Merchandising: Ensuring the store is well-organized and product displays comply with brand standards. * Reporting: Analyzing performance metrics and preparing sales and productivity reports. * Process Administration: Managing operational workflows from customer service through to sale completion.
