Then this opportunity is for you! ### **Your Mission** Ensure control, regularity, and availability of company assets, focusing on fleet and tracking device management, thereby guaranteeing operational efficiency, cost reduction, and process organization. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Manage fleet documentation (IPVA, licensing, insurance, and traffic fines) * Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance * Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle performance * Record and verify invoices * Track accidents and incidents involving vehicles * Monitor and control tracking devices * Manage active/inactive SIM cards, phone lines, and equipment * Configure and activate new trackers * Manage inventory of equipment and accessories * Generate managerial and operational reports ### **What We Expect From You** * Organization and discipline in process control * Attention to detail and deadlines * Proactivity and a preventive mindset * Analytical profile for cost and indicator monitoring * Clear and concise communication * Responsibility in managing company assets ### **✅ Mandatory Requirements** * Completed high school education * Experience in administrative or operational routines * Basic knowledge of fleet management or vehicle maintenance * Familiarity with vehicle tracking * Experience recording invoices * Basic Excel skills (spreadsheets and controls) * Valid driver's license, Category B * Availability for travel * **Advantages** * Technical course in Administration, Logistics, or related fields * Experience with fleet or tracking systems * ERP knowledge * Basic knowledge of electronics or equipment configuration ### **What You’ll Find Here** An organized environment with structured processes and a focus on operational efficiency, where your contribution will directly impact the continuity and quality of operations.
