In this role, you will be the technical force behind our operations, ensuring our systems are always available and optimized, and that communication flows without interruption. ### **Main Responsibilities** * **On\-premise Infrastructure Management:** Administer and monitor physical and virtual servers (Windows Server, Linux). Manage virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper\-V). Monitor and maintain storage infrastructure (SAN, NAS) and backup systems. Ensure the security and integrity of local data and systems. * **Cloud Infrastructure Management:** Implement, configure, and manage resources on public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud). Monitor performance and resource utilization in cloud environments, optimizing costs. Ensure security and compliance of cloud solutions. Participate in migrating services to the cloud. * **Telecommunications and Network Infrastructure Management:** Configure and manage network devices (switches, routers, firewalls) and VPNs. Monitor and optimize communication links (MPLS, internet). Support telephony infrastructure (PABX, VoIP) and wireless connectivity. Diagnose and resolve connectivity and network performance issues. * **Support and Incident Resolution:** Handle level 2 and 3 technical support tickets related to infrastructure. Perform complex troubleshooting to identify and resolve root causes of issues. Document procedures, incidents, and solutions. * **Optimization and Continuous Improvement:** Propose and implement improvements to the infrastructure to increase efficiency, security, and availability. Participate in projects implementing new technologies and solutions. ### **Essential Requirements (What You Must Have)** * **Proven Experience:** Minimum of \[**3 years**] of experience as an Infrastructure Analyst, working in hybrid environments (Cloud and On\-premise). * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * **Operating Systems Knowledge:** Solid experience in operating system administration (Windows Server and Linux). * **Virtualization Knowledge:** Practical experience with VMware vSphere and/or Hyper\-V. * **Networking Knowledge:** In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, and network device configuration (Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, etc.). * **Cloud Experience:** Knowledge and experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). * **Telecom Knowledge:** Experience with PABX, VoIP, and communication links. * **Troubleshooting Skills:** Excellent analytical ability to identify and resolve complex infrastructure problems. * **English:** Technical reading and comprehension for documentation. ### **Desirable Skills (What Will Make You Stand Out)** * Cloud certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect/SysOps, Azure Administrator Associate, Google Cloud Associate Engineer). * Networking certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network\+). * Knowledge of ITIL. * Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Nagios, Prometheus). * Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for task automation. * Knowledge of information security (firewalls, antivirus, SIEM). ### **Department:** Outsourcing
